In order to strictly implement the requirements of ISO / TS16949 standard, effectively improve employees' ability to apply the five tools of TS, improve product quality and meet customer requirements, Shandong Hongyu Rubber Co., Ltd. carried out a one week training on the knowledge and application of the five tools of TS on September 15.

The training will be conducted in two stages, from September 15 to 16, with document discussion first. On the basis of full preparation, all departments of Shandong Hongyu Rubber Co., Ltd. have re integrated and optimized the existing documents according to the requirements of TS16949 standard. The leaders and key employees of each department discuss and modify with experts to make each process more clear and scientific.

In the next five days, the company conducted training around the five tools of TS16949. The five tools of TS16949 are: advanced product quality planning (APQP), measurement system analysis (MSA), statistical process control (SPC), production part approval (PPAP) and potential failure mode and consequence analysis (FMEA). According to the idea of continuous improvement, the company has established a quality prevention management system focusing on the prevention of product defects, and strengthened the training of employees' quality awareness and quality control methods, so as to realize the supervision and control of the manufacturing process.
