According to the overall planning and deployment, the phase II equipment of all steel radial tire project of Shandong Hugerubber Co., Ltd. has been ordered at the end of March 2014, and has been delivered, installed and commissioned since June 12, 2014.

The key equipment of phase II includes 2 internal mixers of Japan Shengang in the internal mixing workshop, 2 double composite extrusion linkage lines in the semi-finished product workshop, 10 molding machines in the finished product workshop, 72 vulcanizers in the vulcanization workshop and 1 X-ray machine in the finished tire detection equipment.

In order to put phase II equipment into use as soon as possible, all personnel of the equipment department of the company carry forward the spirit of "unity, hard work and dedication" and the work style of "strict, practical, fast and new", spare no effort to work overtime at full speed, grasp the construction period and press ahead, so as to ensure that the equipment installation and commissioning are completed according to the plan and progress. As of August 29, the main equipment of the double composite extrusion linkage line in the semi-finished product workshop has been installed. The 12 vulcanizers in the vulcanization workshop have completed the base placement, leveling and positioning, grouting and fixing, and the installation of pipes and valves.

It is reported that the equipment installed capacity of the whole production line of all steel radial tire phase II is expected to have a daily production capacity of 4000 by February 2015 and 6000 by may 2015.
