Since the equipment installation began in February 2013, the equipment department of the company has overcome the adverse factors such as few personnel, heavy tasks and many links, actively communicated and coordinated with the Design Institute, equipment manufacturers and various departments within the company, accelerated the progress of equipment installation and commissioning, and ensured the smooth implementation of radial tire project.

In order to make the project put into operation as soon as possible, all staff of the equipment department carry forward the spirit of "unity, hard work and dedication" and the work style of "strict, practical, fast and new", actively communicate up and down, coordinate left and right, cooperate internally and externally, insist on coming early and leaving late, work overtime, rush for time and catch up with the construction period, and ensure that the equipment installation and commissioning are completed according to the plan and progress. From utilities such as water, electricity, wind and gas to production and testing equipment such as internal mixing, three zones and quality inspection, we adhere to high standards, strict requirements, attention to details, preciseness and refinement in the installation and commissioning, so as to ensure the installation progress and accuracy, meet the process, production and safety requirements, and ensure the stable operation of all kinds of equipment.
In order to effectively maintain the equipment, the equipment department has prepared a series of management regulations such as equipment power management system and equipment management rules, and strengthened the education and training of equipment maintenance management personnel in combination with the construction of the company's platform and Hongyu standard working method. On the one hand, strengthen skill training, safety training and 5S equipment management training, on the other hand, carry out five management training and professional ethics education, strive to improve employees' professional skills and professional quality, enhance the execution and cohesion of the team, and build an equipment management team with both ability and political integrity, reasonable structure, passion, creativity and strong execution. According to the overall planning and deployment of the company, all subsequent equipment of the project has been ordered at the end of March 2014, and the equipment has been delivered, installed and commissioned since June 12, 2014. The key equipment includes 2 internal mixers of Japan Shengang in the internal mixing workshop, 2 double compound extrusion linkage lines in the semi-finished product workshop, 10 molding machines in the finished product workshop, 72 vulcanizers in the vulcanization workshop and X-ray machines of finished tire detection equipment. The equipment department will actively urge and coordinate all equipment manufacturers to ensure that the equipment is delivered on time; Prepare all kinds of pipes, bridges and cables required for installation in advance, so as not to delay the overall installation progress; Timely coordinate the procurement department and finance department to provide corresponding materials and capital guarantee; Coordinate the production department and Technology Department to provide corresponding support in terms of manpower and process technology in time. The employees of the equipment department continue to carry forward the overtime spirit of coming early and leaving late and the overall work style of a game of chess, and do a solid and detailed installation, commissioning and daily maintenance of each equipment.
The equipment installed capacity of the whole production line of all steel radial tires is expected to have a daily production capacity of 3000 by mid November, 4000 by February 2015 and 6000 by may 2015.
