At 1:30 p.m., the activity officially began. The employees were in high spirits and were all ready for command. Before the activity, the referee introduced the competition rules of this expansion activity and divided the participants into three teams by drawing lots: Team 1, team 2 and team 3. Each team elected a captain to coordinate the competition arrangement of the team.

This expansion activity is divided into four projects. The first project is "jumping squares", which is also carried out by drawing lots. The team leader will draw a number to determine the squares that the team cannot jump. The order of players playing shall be determined by each team, and the results shall be recorded according to the total time of all members jumping the grid. The second event is "rope skipping". Each team selects two rope swingers and six rope skippers. After hearing the instruction, they start to swing the rope. The players must play one by one. All six players play and jump together for 5 seconds before passing. The third project is "grateful heart". Each team is divided into two groups. One person blindfolded and carried his partner to the end of 20 meters, then exchanged positions and carried out in turn. Finally, the total time of all members in the group is accumulated. The fourth item is "work together". The members of each team stand in a row. The two adjacent people tie their ankles with cloth ropes and walk together for 20 meters to calculate the score. After fierce competition, the third team finally won the championship, showing the sense of unity and cooperation and the spirit of hard work.

The one-day outdoor expansion training ended successfully in the slogan of each team.
